I thoroughly enjoy attending your beautiful studio and have felt safe during the difficult times surrounding Covid. Not all studios or gyms have provided the space, cleanliness and other protocols to keep clients safe.
I then attended one of your Yoga beginner courses and really enjoyed the experience that I now attend a class regularly. Yoga definitely helps me feel stronger physically and emotionally.
So in a nutshell coming to Pilates in Tarleton is a time for me, something I have never really done before with family and work commitments. It has helped me deal with my back pain, relieves the stresses of every day life and is certainly making me feel fitter and stronger so win win.

The hospital suggested i did physio which didn’t really do a lot, then they suggested either swimming, the gym, yoga or Pilates.
I am not a very strong swimmer and didn’t fancy the gym, so thought i would try Pilates. Wish i had tried it years ago, best thing i have ever done, im not saying my back is perfect but i have not had an episode where i need to take the strong painkillers for it, i know know how to stand, sit, and find myself doing pilates movement during the day at work. Also found Bootybarre which i love too. I love coming to Pilates in Tarleton as its very friendly, teachers are excellent and now what they are taking about, lovely clean studio and also very local to me. Would highly recommend anyone giving it a go”
