What makes you different from other Pilates, Barre and Yoga teachers and studios out there?
At Pilates in Tarleton we only work with people who are committed to their Pilates, Barre and Yoga practice and we are solely dedicated to our client’s personal journey and health and fitness goals. We don’t force clients into a specific practice that may not suit them, just because it worked for someone else. As a result, our clients receive personal attention and guidance on how to find their own practice.

I’m pretty new to Pilates, Barre and Yoga. Are these classes OK for me?
I have regularly been teaching brand new beginners alongside long-time practitioners for over 10 years. Everyone is treated with respect and is taught to move according to their personal needs. We do offer Beginners and Intermediate/Advanced Pilates Classes which will be solely focused on understanding the basics and Principles of Pilates, or moving on to Intermediate Advanced Practice.
What do I need to bring with me to my first class?
You may prefer to bring your own mat but we do provide mats, blocks, bands, weights and other equipment you may need in your session. We also provide blankets in Yoga, you may like to bring na eye pillow for Yoga relaxation whatever makes you comfortable. You will need water however bottled water is available to buy at the studio.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes that let you move freely. Shorts/leggings and a t-shirt are ideal. We’d prefer it if your clothing isn’t too baggy as we need to see what your body is doing. For hygiene reasons socks must be worn for Pilates Equipment and barre Sessions.
