“i had had trouble with a bad back, the only thing that would make it go away was very strong painkillers and rest, I didn’t want to take painkillers for ever.

The hospital suggested i did physio which didn’t really do a lot, then they suggested either swimming, the gym, yoga or Pilates.

I am not a very strong swimmer and didn’t fancy the gym, so thought i would try Pilates. Wish i had tried it years ago, best thing i have ever done, im not saying my back is perfect but i have not had an episode where i need to take the strong painkillers for it, i know know how to stand, sit, and find myself doing pilates movement during the day at work. Also found Bootybarre which i love too. I love coming to Pilates in Tarleton as its very friendly, teachers are excellent and now what they are taking about, lovely clean studio and also very local to me.
